Dr Richard Lander Kwame Glover is a Biological Scientist with a bias in Food Microbiology who obtained his BSc. [Hons], MPhil. and PhD (Biol. Sc.) degrees from KNUST, Kumasi, Ghana. Professionally, Dr Glover has worked as: Research Officer (CSRPM, MampongAkwapim, 1991- 19960; Senior Lecturer/Researcher in Microbiology (UDS, Navrongo, Ghana, 1996-2015); and Programme Specialist-Biol. Sciences (ISC Regional Office for Africa, Pretoria South Africa, 2012-2021). In science leadership, Dr Glover is a Regional Programme Officer (RPO)/member of the Steering Committee of the International Network for Governmental Science Advice, Africa Chapter (INGSA-Africa); a registered Professional Natural Scientist-Microbiological Science (Reg. No.: 115865) of the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP); and member of the South African Society for Microbiology (SASM). He is currently an individual consultant and reviewer for several journals in Science, Technology and Innovation
